Plan, coordinate and promote all our clubs events and activities!
Duties of the group include, but are not limited to:
- Creation and coordination of events and activities and related tasks
- Marketing and promotion of events through local resources and online platforms
- Support our fundraising team (if needed) and promote the clubs efforts during events
- Work in conjunction with other club committees
Committee Requirements: Members of the events and activities committee should expect to participate in monthly committee meetings as well as regularly contribute to the planning and coordination of the club's events and activities in whatever way they are able to. As a group, we will work together to help delegate responsibilities to one another to accomplish success as a team., setting up before the event and cleaning up afterward, and communicating consistently and kindly with other team members.
